An idyllic and unique location for a wedding venue conveniently located in the heart of Witney on the edge of the Cotswolds, just 10 miles from Oxford, in close reach of the M40 and just two hour’s drive from London. Sole use of not one but two stunning 18th century barns that you can style and furnish however you wish, and you can decide on your own caterers, musicians and other suppliers. Both barns are licensed for civil marriage ceremonies, and we are just next door to St Mary’s, the Cogges Parish Church. Venue hire includes a walled, lawned area for a fire pit or garden games, and under-cover shelter too. You and your guests are welcome to enjoy the entire site, which extends to 17 acres. Cogges provides many charming locations for your wedding photographs, such as the Manor House lawn, the beautiful, ever-changing walled garden and the orchard. You can even include the farm animals in your special day! Our fees include the use of mobile heaters for the cooler months, and the provision of your own security guard for the evening, ensuring everyone stays safe on-site and when leaving at midnight.
