Entrust in experts to help plan and deliver your dream day. Let them manage bringing it all together to take the stress away and allow you to enjoy the build up to your day!

Walk around the venue with your photographer before the big day - sort out the best spots and then its easy to relax com the wedding!

There are no rules. Forget about what's gone before, don't worry about trends, or 'must-haves'. It's your day, just be you.

Don't be afraid to do things your way. Don't be afraid to ask your vendors if you can do it a different way.

In addition to musical ability, ensure you're confident in the person you hire is organised. There is a lot of preparation that goes into the live music at each wedding - this is the musician's job!

If you think you like a caterer, book a tasting. You get to sample your menu and discuss any changes you'd like, and you get to properly meet and talk to the people you are trusting with your wedding.

Book all your suppliers early so all the planning is done well in advance and there is no panic on the day. A phone call to them all 14 days in advance to check all the details sets your mind at ease.

Go to bed early the night before. With excitement and nerves running high, it may take you a little bit longer to drift off so head to bed a little earlier than normal to get a good night’s sleep.

The 3 P's of photographers. Professional- Are they qualified to photograph my big day? Personality- Do I like them? They'll be there all day. Price- if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!

Book all of your suppliers well in advance of your wedding to avoid disappointment.

Speak directly to your providers. Agents are great but always speak to your entertainment directly so you build a relationship, ask questions, and explain to them how you'd like your day to run.

Always budget first! Get wedding insurance in place, and research your suppliers. Check previous client reviews. Trust your gut instinct and go with suppliers who are passionate about weddings!

Get personal. Your wedding is about celebrating your love and we will do our upmost to support any unique touches you want to include to ensure your day represents you both as a couple.

Have a moment with your other half. The day will go so quickly it's great to take a wee moment just yourself and your partner.

Book vendors (e.g. venue, caterer, photographer) early to secure availability.

Choose something "off the shelf" not something that isnt in season and will be costly

Book a photographer who’s work you love and not on price.

Book up things up in advance, this way you stand the best chance of getting the suppliers you want on your chosen date.

Ask your photographer to take a picture from behind the bride as you walk down the aisle it is always beautiful to see the reaction from the room - really special!

Enjoy the planning stage! How ever long you think you are planning in advance that wedding day will come round quickly and the day will pass in a flash!
