I love photographing weddings. When photographing a wedding it's great to be able to put my creativity to work and produce beautiful memories. Being passionate about what you do is key to being a good wedding photographer, and also being able to get a long with everyone in a calm and relaxed manner is so important - from bridal prep through to till after the first dance with a series of timeless image is normally covered with a mainly documentary approach but also using a mixture of contemporary and traditional photographic styles. I always invite clients to come and look at some previous wedding images (including complete weddings) before booking to get a 'feel' for what I do, and to see if I'm a good 'fit' as this is so important. If you decide I'm the photographer for you then shortly before the day we normally meet at the wedding venue for a pre-wedding chat and mini practice shoot - just to get you used to the camera a little before the big day! Come the wedding my aim is to 'go with the flow' - after all it's your day, and my intention is to be part of your day, and never for you to feel that photography is 'taking' over your day! That being said I may from time to time make gentle recommendations to make the day run more smoothly for all concerned. Once the day is over I aim to have the finished images back with you in around 3-4 weeks - so you never have to wait to long as I know you'll be excited to see your images. ALL of the hi-res images are supplied after being lovingly edited, on USB in a presentation box. I can also offer half-day wedding packages during weekdays and off-season. Albums (recommended), wall art and printed photos are also available. If you like the sound of what I do, then please come along and have a chat - there is no pressure sales - I have to be the fit for your wedding, only then can we produce beautiful images that will last a lifetime.

Walk around the venue with your photographer before the big day - sort out the best spots and then its easy to relax com the wedding!
Choose a good photographer (ha ha) - as after the big day is over - your images will be all that's left to remind you of what a great day it was!

On the day itself, Graham fitted in really well with all of our guests and was really discreet when capturing all of the big (and smaller spontaneous) moments. Everything felt very natural and relaxed. When we got our photos back, we were so pleased with them and have had so many compliments from friends and family about how the day was captured and how they liked Graham’s approach for the formal photos. Having Studio H document our wedding has been worth every penny and we will love having the album to look back on our memories of the day in years to come.
We all felt so comfortable as having Graham there was just like having a friend theretaking your photos, not only did he take the most wonderful photos he was there to lend a hand when needed and make you laugh too!
He captured the moments you don't always get to see or don't remember due to the day being full on... Graham made sure to capture the smaller details too which was a lovely touch.

Hi. I'm Graham, photographer and co-owner of Studio H Photography. I live in Wincanton - a small market town in Somerset on the borders of Wiltshire and Dorset together with my wife Trixie (who is also a qualified photographer) and our cocker spaniel Monty and collie Skye. From our studio I specialise in weddings, and Trixie in Newborn, Family & Pet Photography. I love photographing weddings as I get to meet new people, and let my creativity and passion for photography really express itself. I've photographed hundreds of weddings and in that time know how to handle weddings with the minimum of fuss but at the same time ensure that I provide beautiful images that will capture your day forever.
