Even though the build up to the big day can be stressful be sure to know your day will be one of the greatest days in your life.

Choose a quality DJ even if it seems a bit more expensive. Don't opt for the cheap option or a friend of the family. This will give you peace of mind

Start your bookings with those who might only be able to do one of anything per day - venue, celebrant, photographer, musician.

Don't skimp on the one thing that lasts for ever after the day.......your wedding photographs.

Book early - summer 2020 is already booking up.

Blot, don't rub. Dab at the red wine stain with a damp, white cotton cloth to absorb any excess wine. Sprinkle salt, add boiling water, and machine-wash. You're welcome.

Open bars are becoming increasingly popular but a great option for this is opting to provide specific items such as beers, wines and soft drinks.

Have fun planning your wedding but tell your co-ordinator of any concerns that you have about the process – we are there right from day one to ensure you have no worries and have the best day possib

After leaving the ceremony, grab your beau and run and hide out of sight for a few mins. You get a few moments just you two but it also means your photographer can organise the confetti shot quicker

Consider your budget and think about how you want to spend it. Speak to suppliers about what you want and see what they can offer you to suit.

A controversial one but with speeches we recommend having them before the meal - this allows those giving the speeches to enjoy the food rather than feeling too sick from nerves to appreciate it.

Have 3 clear list early on! Need (all the thing you need), Want (things that you really want) Wish (money no object time). Hopefully they will meet in the middle somewhere!

I'd encourage you to put aside an invest for your wedding photography. Food, Dress, Venue, Cars all gone the next day. It's your images and albums that will last forever, don't regret missing out
