Start Planning Early !!! Create a Wedding File, choose a Theme or Colour Scheme

Communicate it , where venues and weddings and suppliers are involved, all are generally very helpful as long as you communicate what your thinking - Events staff / Registras/ Cake makers / Singers

Nominate a member of the bridal party to answer any questions venue staff may have on the big day.

Listen to the wedding venues suggestions and take as much help from them as possible. If you have chosen the right even then they will know how to make the very most of your time with them.

Let guest say things like " how cool was it they had an Ed Sheeran Tribute singing their first dance! " " How nice was it to have live music entertaining us while they were having there photos taken."

Being able to talk to your events team, with any queries that you may have is vitally important. You should be able to visit your chosen venue as often as you require.

Book early, as many suppliers (such as ourselves) get booked out months in advance, especially over high-season months such as May-September & December-January.

This one is for the boys. If you are nervous about doing the speeches, do them before the meal. You won't be able to enjoy the food if you are thinking about the speeches the whole time.

Have a really good Event co ordinator

The entertainment makes up 50% of the day. Make sure your guests remember when they look back at your Wedding, how amazing the entertainment was.

Just imagine, every time in the future, you hear your first dance playing on the radio you will remember the time a live singer sang it perfectly for you which makes it more special than just a record

Make Time & Get Organised . Very important , leaving everything to the end is a recipe for disaster . Stress levels between Bride & Groom can be a result of calling off your wedding & breaking up .

Cheap isn't always cheerful! Prices reflect a photographer's experience, amount of effort they put in and work undertaken. Quality remains, long after the price is forgotten
