Make a copy of speeches and music and leave with your venue. That way if your speech gets left behind or the ipod wont play there is always a back up.

Step 2: Pick Your Venue The number one rule for how to plan a wedding is to book NOTHING else before you have your venue booked and the deposit paid and confirmed.
Do thorough research before you make choices on your suppliers to ensure you like their them and their style. For example with photographers, sometimes you can request a pre-wedding shoot.
Get organised. Create a master document with supplier names, contact numbers and other important details.
