Chose a venue where you will be still completely happy if all of your day had to be inside because of the good old British weather.

Remember to plan ahead to avoid any disappointments - Lily will be on hand to help you with this and run through your day with you in detail!

No request is too small.

Choose the Right Venue: Select a venue that fits your vision and accommodates your guest list comfortably. Consider factors like location, size, and amenities when making your decision.

Try not to get too caught up in the itinerary and time scales for the day so much so that you stress yourself out! What will be, will be, and everything will be just perfect.

The earlier you plan things the better

Cocktail Hours are a great way to perk your guests up after the wedding breakfast and get them into the party mood!

Remember it is your day and you will not be able to please everyone so make sure the day is suited to what you want.

Don't lose sight of the big picture. A wedding is a beginning, not an end in and of itself. Make your marriage the priority, the details of the wedding become just that, details.

Think of a theme or colour palette that you can weave through all of your arrangements

Before confirming your venue visit it both during the day and night.

Don't go overboard, keep it simple as you want your guests to remember your fantastic day.

Always ask the maximum guests your venue can accommodate for. You will both have an idea on how many guests you want to invite so it's always best to ensure the venues you look at are large enough!

Season: are you planning for a summer celebration or a winter wonderland?

Make a playlist of songs you absolutely want playing to give to the DJ - you don't want to miss these songs during the evening reception!!

Wow your guests by choosing a venue with amazing views!

Have a well organised seating plan. Making sure you have the correct guests sitting with each other.

Before you do any planning, have a chat with each other about what you envisage in your big day. Is there a certain time of year you both love? A special location perhaps?
