Delegate - People like to feel helpful!

Keep Your Ceremony Brief. Don't get us wrong, your friends and family are there to see you get married—but no one wants..

Secure and book your ideal date early! Don't leave anything for last! Leave plenty of time for planning details, talking to your suppliers to make sure your day will go exactly how you want it to go.

Dont be afraid to do it YOUR way

Do ensure you allow enough serving staff and be clear on what staffing is provided by your caterer.

When you're going for an intimate wedding, think about personalising each element so your guests feel truly special.

Pack a spare pair of flat shoes or wellies, for your photographs to stay comfy while you explore the grounds.

Make the planning fun

Take Care of Yourself: Don't forget to prioritize self-care leading up to the wedding day. Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and delegate tasks to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Finally, enjoy the Moment

Get to know your venue, visit prior to booking, speak with other brides, speak to the staff & build a relationship. Explore the venue and imagine how you would like your day to be with all decor.

Don't be afraid to ask for bespoke food & drink options - if you have a favourite cocktail, then make sure you ask for it!

Don’t spend anything until you’ve set a realistic budget that won’t stretch you too far. It’s a common mistake to forget all the little extras, too – for the budget to work, you need to factor in ever

If you have questions, ask your Wedding Coordinator - no question is silly! Us Wedding Coordinators have arranged lots of weddings on a daily basis, you're not expected to know everything!

Ensure that you plan well in advance the entire timetable for the day.

Once you have booked your venue, the first suppliers to focus on are your Photographer & Entertainment (Band or DJ) as normally they can only be in one place at a time!

Book up things up in advance, this way you stand the best chance of getting the suppliers you want on your chosen date.

Pick suppliers that you really connect with and are willing to listen to your ideas

Remind yourselves that this is YOUR day. Your venue must be flexible, so that every aspect is tailored to you. If we haven't got your favourite gin, we'll get it in!

Step two: Secure your registrar!

Make sure that your venue can cater for all weathers. Rain never dampens our spirits!
