Entertainment Tips

When budgeting your wedding try to think of everything you want, most people book venue, DJ, cake, photographer, dress and suits then meet someone they want but then don’t have the budget for it

If your looking for something in particular from a supplier but you cant see it on their site. Ask. Suppliers are very good at working to support your needs.

Relax & enjoy the lessons

Book Early to Avoid Disappointment

Make sure your DJ provides formal Quotes and (more importantly) Invoices - otherwise you have no formal contract with them.

Create a pin interest board

Talk to your intended DJ to see what they can offer and how that fits into your vision of your Big Day. Can they cover the kind of music you want? Can they tailor their offering to your requirements?

Can they provide advice on timings, first dance etc. to help you plan? Do they communicate well to help reduce the overall stress and hassle of getting it all sorted?

Always look around. Never decide on the first supplier you see. Everyone is unique and you need to ensure they fit what you are looking for.

Lessons available for all levels

Allow a reasonable amount of your budget to be allocated to entertainment. A good experienced DJ will produce a great night's entertainment.

Hire a magician who can do both close up and stage magic. They can entertain any number of guests with amazing tricks and comedy.

Don't forget your dancing shoes. We will ensure everyone at your wedding is a part of the evening and on the dance floor

Speak to us early! It takes some time to arrange permission to fly in certain airspace.

Make sure your DJ listens to you. It's your party not theirs - you need to feel like you and your guests' music tastes are going to be catered for first.

Tell your DJ your colour theme - A good DJ will match it and enhance the look of your wedding, not stick out like a sore thumb.

Don't hire a DJ - use my (far lower cost) DJ add on instead ;) From £75 per hour in addition to live music.

Remember today is about you and your partner. Enjoy and have fun!

Co-ordinate your walk down the aisle to the music beforehand so it all goes smoothly - I'm very happy to discuss this and even send a demo recording for you to practice to!
