My Guest List

 

Getting Started:

  • Call your guest list what you want e.g. Main Reception or After Party, by typing in the 'Name' box.

 

  • You can also add a description by typing in the corresponding box, but this is not compulsory.

 

 

Adding Guests:

  • Once you have your guest list start adding guests by clicking the 'Add Guest' button.

 

  • This will take you to a new page where you fill in your guest's details. Ensure that you have their email address, if you want to keep them updated with your wedding plans.

 

  • Once their details are complete, click 'Add Guest' and they will be added to your guest list, which can be seen on the left hand side of My Table Planner.

 

 

Multiple Guest Lists:

  • You can create multiple Guest Lists by clicking on the 'Create' button.

 

  • Once you have filled in a new 'Name' and 'Description' click on the 'Save' button.

 

  • You can then add guests by clicking on the 'Add Guest' button.

 

  • Note that when you add a guest, you will have to type in both their First Name and Surname, before clicking the 'Add Guest' button.
