This is part of the Address Book tool.
To search
- To search your list of friends for an individual click on the Find Friends in your Wedding Toolbar on the left hand side of the My Wedding page.
- Then underneath the "Address book" type the person's full name into the white box below labeled Name before clicking on the 'Search' button
- You could also type in the individual's email address to refine your search.
- Or, if you don't know their name, you can search UKbride using just their email address.
Their Profile
- When you find the person you are looking for, you can view their profile or block the member from viewing your profile.
- To view the profile, click on the 'View Profile' text.
- You can then write a comment on that person's wall by typing in the text box, and then clicking the "post" box.
- To view their selection of Photos click the box underneath their calendar labeled "View Photos". This will take you to that person's selection of Albums.
- To select an album, click the text "View Album". To go back to the profile click on the text "Back to profile" which will take you back to the previous page.
To block
- To block the person from your profile, find them in the 'Find Friends' section or in your Address Book, where they will be listed in the Friends section if they are a friend. Simply click your mouse on the "Block member" text
- The individual will then no longer be listed as your friend, and they will have no access to you and your profile.
To email
- To email the person, once you have found them either in the 'Find Friends' section or in the friends section of your 'Address Book'
- Click on the "email" writing which will take you to a page where you can type in the email subject and the email content into the corresponding white boxes. Then choose the template you want to use, before pressing the "send" box.
- The message you just sent will still be visible in the 'My Messages' section, under the 'Sent Items' heading.
