At the end of a sweeping, tree-lined driveway lies One Ash, a magnificent country house and gardens dating back to the Victorian era. Situated in Quorn, One Ash is a hidden gem spread across 13 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.
Used as a private family home for many years, the gardens and grounds of One Ash have been well maintained and are now available for exclusive hire for marquee or tipi wedding receptions. One Ash is also to be licensed for ceremonies from 2022.
The gardens at One Ash are a stunning blank canvas for your marquee or tipi wedding reception. Whether you’re planning a personal and intimate affair or an extravagant celebration, One Ash provides the perfect setting.
One Ash provides a stunning 'site only' blank canvas to create a perfect wedding day, unique and bespoke to you. Couples will have full access to the garden, with an enclosed ‘bowling green’ lawn that is the ideal spot for a marquee or Tipi.
The gardens are carefully maintained to ensure One Ash is a practical and secure location for couples to hold their special day. The clear, large lawn area can comfortably hold up to 200 guests and is set against a pretty backdrop.

Amazing Location and Unique Wedding!!!
We were so delighted with our wedding at One Ash, it just really felt like it was unique to us because we created the event in the way we wanted it, it was amazing that the venue were so flexible.
It also felt like we were in the middle of nowhere because of the beautiful grounds but actually we were supper close the the motorway, airport and loads of hotels. Also really close to a massive Tesco so we didn’t have the stress of being somewhere really rural and not being able to send our caterers out to pick stuff up at the last minute.
Thanks a million to all the team at OAW for helping us realise our dream wedding !!!
