Church Manor Barn nestles in the stunning and peaceful Norfolk countryside, surrounded by acres of sustainable farmland. An exclusive use venue, Church Manor Barn provides the perfect setting to bring your wedding dreams to life.
We guarantee all couples sole use of the Barn and grounds on their wedding day, providing a blank canvas to design your wedding, your way. There are no hidden fees when choosing your own suppliers and we don't charge a corkage fee.
With high quality marquee linings, this unique setting holds the appeal of a traditional marquee wedding without the concerns of the unpredictable British weather. The Barn boasts a stylish, bespoke bar, along with a stage and large dance floor, enabling you to make your wedding vision a reality.
Church Manor Barn’s location in the tranquil, rolling countryside offers glorious scenery as the backdrop to your wedding photos, allowing for beautiful wedding memories. What’s more, the entire estate at Church Manor Farm is carbon negative, with the surrounding woodland planted to offset the estate’s carbon footprint. The impressive glass front of the barn is a key feature, offering breath-taking views over the fields and woodland, with sheep and lambs in the spring and summer. With the window’s westerly aspect, you and your guests can enjoy the beautiful Norfolk sunsets in comfort.
The Barn is licensed for weddings of up to 225 guests, but has the flexibility to create more intimate celebrations if desired. The venue is also licensed to hold outdoor ceremonies, which can be conducted anywhere on the estate including the picturesque gardens or manicured croquet lawn. A sit-down wedding breakfast can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests.
Facilities
We have large, luxury bathrooms including disabled toilets, baby changing facilities and a shower. Outside, you’ll find ample parking in the field next to the Barn, with easily accessible disabled parking.
Expert guidance
While the venue allows couples the freedom to plan the wedding of their dreams, the team understand that a bespoke wedding can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to know where to start. That’s why every wedding includes a complimentary inspiration session with one of the country’s top wedding planners, Emily Andrew.
If you would like further assistance, Emily’s services range from helping with specific elements, to planning every last detail, ultimately ensuring your wedding runs smoothly from start to finish.
Costs
Bookings are available for Saturdays only, between April and September. The cost for dry hire is £9,000 plus VAT; this gives couples four-day venue hire from Thursday to Monday (excluding Sunday), allowing plenty of time to set up and enjoy the celebrations.
Optional extras
We also offer luxury on-site accommodation at our Eco-Five Star Bridal Suite, The Pheasantry. This package includes breakfast and a chauffeur driven Aston Martin or Range Rover with ribbons and bows to the Barn or local church. A two-night package (Friday and Saturday night) costs £400 and a three-night package (Thursday, Friday and Saturday night) costs £500.

Get organised. Create a master document with supplier names, contact numbers and other important details.
Make sure you book your registrar on the same day as your venue. Check with your registrar whether they have the time slot you need first.

The bathrooms are really lovely with lots of light and space.
