Beautiful Venue
Armathwaite is a stunning venue for your special day, set in stunning grounds overlooking Bassenthwaite Lake. The staff and wedding team are extremely helpful and take any stress away surrounding planning the wedding. It’s been my dream to get married at Armathwaite and it’s finally happening.

We got engaged here and are set to get married here. The venue is secluded, beautiful and very romantic. The staff are so friendly and helpful and even remembered us from the night we got engaged.

Perfect Day
It was the most perfect and amazing day ever. Our wedding had to be changed twice due to Covid and the venue and staff were nothing but supportive and helpful. On the day they could not do enough, they really made the day go easy and helped guest, myself and my husband to make it the perfect day. I can not recommended this venue enough not only is it stunning the staff are wonderful.

I can’t wait to get married at Armathwaite Hall, it is going to be completely magical. The staff have been absolutely incredible so far and we knew instantly it was our venue from the moment we stepped in. The views are absolutely stunning aswell.

After losing our first wedding due to Covid and losing a lot of money we decided to elope with our close friends and family and get married at the Lake District. Our venue was used by my fiancé’s uncle and well fell in love with it straight away. Sarah who is our wedding coordinator has been really helpful and is always happy to answer any questions we have.
