The team at Now magazine are working on a feature at the moment about 'mumzillas' and need to find some case studies!

They need to speak to women in their 20s/30s, whose mother-in-law-to-be has completely taken over the planning of their wedding, from choosing the venue and menu, to which favours the guests will receive and who sits where.

They'd also need to speak to the mum in law, to get her side of the story.

It doesn't have to be acrimonious, but they will both have to admit their differences.

Both must also agree to be identified and photographed.

Anyone who is willing to talk to them for the feature would receive a fee for the piece!

If you've got a monstrous mother-in-law contact Ellie White at Now magazine ASAP via [email protected] or on 020 31486353!

After my last experience, if my new mil2b was like that, the wedding simply wouldn't be happening. Good luck and it'll be fun to see a ukbride in there! Let us know if you get picked!

See it's not my MIL2B but the SIL2B so not quite the same and I'd have to pass even if they'd do that version of events as no matter what they paid for it, my SIL2B would deffo make it all about her and somehow make me out to be the difficult one. No thanks! lol

I thought i had a MIL2B from hell, but actually she has pretty much kept her nose out of wedding stuff to my total amazement. The first thing she said to me when we told her we were getting married wasnt congratulations but 'the only thing i will insist on is that my friend **** is invited to the whole day'. I think my fiance must have said something to her about it as she has not mentioned since (yet!) The fact he may have said something to his mother is also a major advancement, if it actually happened. Anyway look forward to reading one brave bride to be tell her story to the UK, if it is actually real, as I agree with other comments, surely it will just make matters worse, unless it is post wedding, and both parties laugh about it now!! Doubt it. good luck with this one.

Hahaha I would love to do this article as this really is my Mil2b but she would never speak to me again. And would deny it all lol. I would be made out to be ungrateful. We have had to invite people from her side i have never even met and Me and my H2b have been together 6 years. I have given up now. I have just let her get on with the reception, cake, wine etc. But i have not let her anywhere near my dress or the bridesmaids. This bit will show my style and i think everyone will see that.
