Ok long time to go yet i know.. however i am undecided as to whether to have a violinist or professional singer to walk down the aisle to - what are you thoughts? Also can anybody recommend any company / business / individuals in the west midlands area?
Thank you soooooo much guys x

I think violinist would be classier and less intrusive personally - you don't want a singer stealing your limelight! Think about contacting local music students, as they will be a lot more budget friendly x

I would go with an instrument and have heard them play before I book. The problem with singers is that anything can go wrong to make their voice not up to standard on the day, which can be excused for a musical item during the service, but not for walking down the aisle. Besides - people will be cooing over you, they won't be listening to words, so just music would be best in my humble opinion ;0)

And ask at local music colleges - they have youngsters who are of exceptional standard, who need to earn money but will cost you a fraction of the cost of a seasoned professional. The same goes with photography and waitering etc.

My H2B sister is playing the flute for me to walk down the isle too - I am very excited. I would go for an instrument over a singer!!
