Wedding wisdom please. We are having a low key home spun event. I have my heart set on an ice cream bar....but we have no freezer in venue. I need to keep ice cream cold for about 3 hours ....would lots of ice in buckets do the trick? It will be in May.
Has anyone tried this?

If you're going to do ice cream its probably better to hire out an ice cream cart. My cousin had one and the cart itself keeps the ice cream frozen. Its not big but it can hold loads of individual tubs of ice cream.
