This boutique style venue is placed on the River Mel amongst idyllic landscaped gardens. The 16th Century traditional building boasts original features, open fireplaces, exposed beams and elegant interior throughout. Each room is made to look and feel different, enhancing the character throughout the building, enabling you the opportunity to make each room your own.
Situated alongside the lake, it is the perfect place to have a drink, enjoy the sun and relax on the decking which stretches out over the water. There are many picture opportunities to be taken on the lawns and around the idyllic landscaped gardens.

Exactly what we were looking for
Sheene Mill is just gorgeous. We initially thought we wanted a rustic barn style venue but fell in love with Sheene. It's large enough to hold the numbers we wanted but small enough not to lose our guests throughout the day. We booked afternoon tea and a Sunday roast to try the food and it was lovely and the staff are so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We can't wait till October to go back and see it again

My wedding is in 16 days, I’m super excited but extremely nervous. We’re both in our 50’s but enjoy life. We have never had a holiday before because I’m disabled and not been able to travel so this would be amazing. Sheene Mill have been amazing in helping me with special needs that I have and Helen and Charlotte are always on hand with any changes I need to make. Thanks again guys x

It was the most perfect day
We had our wedding here Saturday 17th September 2016. It was the most perfect day. I can't praise Emma and the rest of the staff highly enough. They were all brilliant. The food was delicious and so many guests commented on how beautiful the building and gardens are. I wouldn't change a single thing about the day and we'll be back on 17th September 2017 to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary.

We were married at the Sheene mill on the 18th November, I honestly can’t think of a word that could possibly express how unbelievably amazing it was. When we first visited the venue to look around, we knew there and then that it was the place that we could see ourselves getting married; the feel of the place is truly magical & the location something that I could only dream of.
On the day, we were looked after from the moment we arrived right through to the breakfast the next morning, Emma and her team were fabulous. The food was fantastic & no expense spared, we have had lots of our guests comment on how much they loved it & it was the best wedding menu they had ever had, a testament to their award winning chefs.
