From the first moment you visit Whirlow Brook Hall, Sheffield, our dedicated wedding team are on hand to help you will all stages of your wedding planning. From the initial booking to the day itself, they will be there for you every step of the way to ensure your dream wedding becomes a reality. They can offer advice, guidance, and provide useful tips to help you along the way.
As part of our exclusive use packages, you will receive use of our ready room which is a beautiful space to prepare on the morning of your wedding for the day ahead. If you opt for a civil ceremony, we have our Oak Room available for up to 80 guests. A stunning oak panelled room complete with an original fire place, making it a unique, romantic space to say I Do. Ceremonies of up to 120 guests will take place in the Garden Suite, an exquisite room bathed in natural day light, boasting enchanting views of the grounds. The Garden Suite is also the perfect space to host you wedding breakfast and evening celebrations too.
Each room is neutrally decorated, allowing you to transform the space however you choose with your own theme and colour scheme, to ensure your wedding day is completely unique to yourselves.
The sprawling grounds boast an abundance of beautiful spots for wedding photos, from the manicured lawn situated at the front of the hall which is perfect for group photos, to the stunning pond and rockery area adorned with an array of flowers throughout the year.
At Whirlow Brook Hall, we have a range of menus available to suit all tastes, including gourmet three course meals, informal sharing platters, afternoon teas, street food and more. We can cater for all kinds of dietary requirements and lifestyle choices, and we have a range of vegan options available.
Although we have a variety of packages available, we are also more than happy to put together a completely bespoke quotation, or design a personalised menu just for you, to ensure your wedding day is exactly how you want it to be.

Top Wedding Tips
If you are struggling with who to place on the top table, then why not consider a sweetheart table? This is where the happy couple sit alone on a table just for themselves.
Make your centre pieces multipurpose! As you won’t need them until the wedding breakfast, why not use them as décor for ceremony first and as a way to line the isle.
When your guests RSVP to your invites, ask them to let you know their favourite song. Compile a list from the replies and pass along to the DJ for them to play during the evening reception.

The food was delicious, thanks again for accommodating our extra tasting session and menu changes. My daughter said the vegetarian lasagne was amazing and the food was delivered effortlessly, all the staff were polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The venue looked amazing! I knew from the minute we first walked in for our showaround that Whirlowbrook Hall was the one for us and you didn’t disappoint.
