Westerham golf course are brilliant, couldn't be more helpful. They have great communication and if they can't help me directly they have recommended someone that can. All the are kind and polite.

From start to finish just so accommodating and helpful. The venue was perfect size for our 100+ guests and we loved that in the evening everything was in the same room so you didn’t have people segregated on either the dance floor or the bar. The staff throughout were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a meeting with our food and beverages manager around a week before the wedding and she was absolutely amazing- nothing too much trouble and completely set my mind at ease about the whole day including set up. We were lucky with the weather on the day so got to go out on a golf buggy to get some couple photos and it just made the day for us! To have that time just us was amazing and our photographer got some incredible photos! Would 100% recommend this venue!

We booked our wedding In August 2020 thinking the pandemic would soon be over.. how wrong we were.. but we were very lucky as all restrictions were lifted 2 weeks before we got married on 1st August 2021 and it was such a perfect day!
We met Cheryl who is the wedding coordinator on our first visit and throughout the process she was just amazing, Cheryl makes the process so easy giving forms for what info she needs and dates to return it . I feel I asked so many questions but nothing was too much trouble for Cheryl and her calm and organised approach meant I really had nothing to worry about! The venue itself.. if I am honest I had not considered a golf course for a wedding and booked to view on an off chance and on arrival instantly just knew it was the perfect venue. It is really bright and the grounds provide such stunning wedding pictures! The large room is ideal as we had tables one end, dance floor in the middle and then the sofa area which suits all age groups. I prefer a more minimal look and so this venue was ideal as you could then dress how you liked. We booked additionally the smaller ceremony room to have our ceremony in as I just loved the backdrop it provided for photos when signing the wedding register! The wedding day itself the staff are so organised and help with the set up of the venue in the morning. The food and drink were outstanding and we had comments from many guests on how lovely the food was. They went above and beyond throughout the meals topping up drinks and little touches such as hot plates when food is served really give this venue the edge in my opinion. We had a meeting with the team a few days before the wedding which is really great and just puts your mind at ease talking through how the day will run. Eloise was in charge on the day ( we learnt that this was one of her first experiences and honestly you would not have known she ensured our day ran perfectly!) She was so friendly and ensured the meals were served in a timely manner to all. Corey was another team member we would like to call out as being really helpful in allowing the day to just run so smoothly. We used Bowes hire for decoration and Martin Dye for DJ both of which I would highly recommend. Personally for me I found using suppliers that know the venue to be really reassuring. Thank you again to all the staff, we honestly cannot recommend this venue enough, we look forward to visiting the venue for a Sunday lunch in the future to reminisce about our wedding!

We can not thank Cheryl, Bobbie and the team enough for what they did for us for our wedding. It was beyond what we had hoped for. Having to postpone from 2020 the anticipation was huge and it did not disappoint. On the day the team were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. The day was so full of happiness, joy and love. Efficient staff who go beyond and are brilliant with guests too, stunning inside and outside, food is fantastic, bar staff friendly, entrance to the venue is really nice, lots of car parking available, wedding organisers/team make everything possible happen and even bring up things you haven't thought of!
Wouldn't have wanted anywhere else to have hosted our wedding day.

In 2020 we booked to have our wedding reception at Westerham Golf Club and from our first visit to the venue to our wedding day, we had an amazing experience. Cheryl, our events organiser, was always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, advising us on the best actions to take and the most suitable suppliers. We were over the moon on the day of our wedding as the venue ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend this venue!
