Laid back by nature, The Swan is nestled within 17 acres of beautiful riverside grounds. It looks out onto one of the most stunning stretches of The Thames, surrounded by the rolling downs.
The hotel is licensed for civil ceremonies and has the capacity to hold 130 guests for a daytime reception and 200 for the evening. All food is provided by the Coppa Club Event Team and we can also provide private dining.
The Wedding Team will guide you through the whole process, offering help and advice where needed to ensure all details are taken care of, so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Designed for fun and freedom, this picturesque hotel has been recently restored to offer thoughtful spaces for your special day.
You and your guests may also like to make use of the 47 ensuite bedrooms, which offer views of the gardens and river.
The Swan provides an accessible location, just 40 minutes from London, 15 minutes from Reading, and within an easy reach of the M4 and the A34.

Gorgeous venue & great wedding coordinator
The Swan is an amazing venue, one close to home (where I had my first job in fact!). Instill teach yoga next door and on the beautiful river by the Coppa Club restaurant. Mollie has been very helpful so far as a wedding coordinator and has answered all our questions quickly, giving us confidence for our big day! Thank you

The Swan is a dream location for a wedding and Mollie has looked after us very well since she has been with the swan.
