The Old Mill is a tranquil riverside setting in 22 acres of countryside, making it one of the most picturesque venues in Royal Berkshire. Today the Grade II listed buildings continue to exude their old English character. Standing over the River Kennet the site dates back to the Domesday survey of 1086. The Mill was valued at 20 shillings, the two fisheries 5 shillings each and was held by William the Conqueror. Privately run by the Arlott family for more than 60 years, The Old Mill has earned a reputation for friendly, personalised service. Our in-house catering team, The Little Kitchen Company, can provide a selection of superb menus and experiences, from canapés, sharing platters and fine dining experiences.
