Licensed for Civil Ceremonies our venue provides a tranquil setting surrounded by countryside. Two inter–connecting suites offer flexible accommodation for up to 340 guests.

With large open, oak–beamed fireplaces, high ceilings & subtle decor, our Fountain Suite is a large, light & bright space, which provides the perfect blank canvas on which to create your chosen theme. For those looking for a barn wedding venue, our venue offers a contemporary alternative.

A large balcony runs the full length of the room & provides additional outdoor space & gorgeous views over the lake with its fountain, to the golf course beyond. Sitting in 200 acres of beautiful rolling countryside & offering a peaceful location, our setting presents a fabulous backdrop for your wedding photographs.

For those looking to hold a civil ceremony venue in Surrey, Surrey National offers a dedicated ceremony room for up to 125 guests. Accessed via its own entrance, the Terrace Room is the perfect setting for your ceremony.

Adjoining the main Fountain Suite, it offers great flexibility & additional space for your evening reception whilst keeping all your guests in one place!

Due to its flexible accommodation & size, Surrey National is a popular choice for Asian, African and Caribbean events. Our experienced catering team strive to ensure that traditional values are honoured, whilst considering your individual requirements.

The Fountain Suite:
This large, light and airy space has the added benefit of a full length balcony overlooking the lake and fountains to the course beyond – the perfect spot for reception drinks, a group photo or for viewing fireworks at the end of your night!

Ceremony Capacity – 250 guests.
Reception Capacity – 270 guests (seated).

The Terrace Room:

Situated adjacent to the Fountain Suite, this beautifully appointed room is fully licensed for Civil Ceremonies and perfect for smaller events or for added flexibility when used combined with the Fountain Suite.

Ceremony Capacity – 105 guests.
Reception Capacity – 70 guests (seated).

Overlooking its course our first-floor events suite is a large, light, contemporary space which incorporates private bar & lounge areas & two adjoining suites offering flexibility for larger groups & access to a full-length balcony. Both Fountain Suite and Terrace Room are available for exclusive hire and enjoy their own private entrance and views across the course. Disabled access and facilities are available on site. Due to our size and flexible layout, we have proved a popular choice for Asian, African & Caribbean weddings and can offer extended hire as required for certain ceremonies. External catering is also permitted. Our venue is licensed for civil ceremonies which can take place in the Fountain Suite or, for a more seamless transition from ceremony to wedding breakfast, the Terrace Room makes the perfect ceremony room for up to 105 guests.
