St. Ermin's Hotel Reviews
Due to Covid restrictions we needed to celebrate an event with less than 35 people, hence customer service and location were a priority.
Everyone at this hotel went on and beyond to provide the service we needed. The events team lead by Rebecca and Annique was very organized, methodological and with attention to detail. They helped us contact the suppliers and ensure all the services were provided on time.
Fenrec was the leader organizer on the day of the event. He allowed us to set up details on the room the day before the event and also let us practice our first dance until late hours of the night. He made sure the suppliers were taken care of on the day, therefore we were able to share with the guests.
The breakfast before the ceremony and on the day after was very nice. Uilson from the hotel helped us to feel almost at home.
The rest of the hotel members, including Daniela, Stelios and Adrian were very helpful and made sure we were having everything required.
