Dating from 1690 and situated just minutes from the town of Banchory in Royal Deeside and 25mins from Aberdeen, Raemoir is an award-winning private country house set in 14 acres of stunning countryside and is available for exclusive use.
Offering 16 beautifully styled luxury en-suite bedrooms, the house has the ambience of a real country home and is completely yours for the duration of your stay.
Completely unique and different from all other venues and exclusively yours. We encourage all our guests to see the house as their very own Downton Abbey!
The ONLY exclusive use venue in the area to be fully staffed, we have a private Master Chef, a House Manager and an award-winning wedding coordinator.
Between the house and the 14 acres of grounds there are cosy nooks, wide open spaces, room to dance, room to relax, there’s even a Woodland Cathedral which allows that real rustic touch to it all.
The house itself can hold 120 (split most comfortably between 70 day guests plus 50 more at night) otherwise the Marquee, which is connected to the house by a weatherproof link, is available during the months of July, August and September.

Raemoir House is a beautiful venue inside and out and is full of character which is just what we wanted! Julie has been amazing and is one of the reasons we chose this venue.
