Over the past ten years, Overgrown Acres has been transformed into a spectacular space, with gardens, wildflower areas and woodlands. Retaining the picturesque views of the rolling hills, creating an ideal venue for your relaxed wedding.
Our tipis are raised in May and August to create individual wedding celebrations for you in the beautiful outdoors, though with the warmth and comfort of the indoors. Our tipis can accommodate up-to 140 guests seated and 180 in the evening!
As a Civil Ceremony licensed venue, we offer our wedding pagoda with seating for upto 95 guests (70 chairs) and 12 straw bales, or why choose our beautiful woodlands. We do have our British weather so just in case our back tipi can be quickly styled.
Our tipis are decorated with faux ivy and fairy lights, for you to add to or leave as is creating a beautiful rustic setting. Outdoors our pagoda is again faux ivy and neutral flowers, with hundreds of fairy and festoon lights outdoors too.
Overgrown Acres is a family business, we know the difference that offering the personal touch makes to every couple. Our staff are local to us, they become part of our family too, ensuring your big day is just the way you want.
Our packages are fully inclusive of table, chair hire, decor, Resident DJ, Whisky barrels, Cream Post Box, Outdoor seating, Cash pay licensed bar. Leaving you to engage with one of our preferred caterers or bring your own FSA 5* caterers to our venue
