16th Century Moated Tudor Country Manor House Wedding Venue. Hosting Tailored Weddings For 28 Years By A Family Run Team.

We are a family owned wedding venue run by Mark & Jacqui Hickman with 29 years of experience hosting weddings, plus many more years working in hospitality. Mark & Jacqui have been joined in the business by their daughter and son-in-law who have brought with them fresh ideas to give the 16th century manor house a modern feel.

We work along side the happy couples to create unique weddings and make their dreams a reality. As we are family run we have the freedom to adapt the manor, grounds and menus to accommodate the desires of each individual couple.

Throughout our years of hosting weddings we have met a lot of contacts such as DJs, Photographers & Florists who we can put you in touch with to make sure everything is planned to perfection. We offer a free tour of the manor and wedding consultation where we can discuss any services you need.

Picture perfect
I can not wait to get married here in October 2023, the venue is just the most picture perfect !! Me and my partner looked at so many venues and I was beginning to give up hope as I just couldn’t find what I pictured as my dream venue untill we came across moreteyne manor I fell in love. Mark & Jacky have been amazing from start to now. Booking was so effortless and easy !! Been to long round multiple times and they have been so accommodating every time. There commication is just outstanding every email send I’m have a speedy reply thank you for making me feel so at easy wedding planning sure is stressful but I know when it comes to venue and food ect you have it covered!!

Thank you again and I can’t wait for my dream to become a reality on 21st October 2023.
