We recently had our wedding at Merriscourt, and we are absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. Words cannot fully capture how incredible Emily, Eva, and the entire Merriscourt team were in making our dreams come true. From start to finish, they ensured that we had a day we will never forget.
Emily and Eva's dedication and expertise were evident in every detail. Their excellent communication made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. They were always available to answer our questions, offer suggestions, and provide reassurance. We would 100% recommend Merriscourt as a wedding venue. We fell in love with the venue from the moment we first viewed it, the 3 barns offer great indoor space, outdoors the beautiful courtyard and wedding lawn offer an incredible setting for an outdoor drinks reception. We were so lucky with the weather on our wedding day and guests loved the outdoor spaces available. The views from all around the venue are just stunning and offer an amazing backdrop for photos. The other huge benefit of this venue is the incredible on site accommodation, this is so great for family to stay together over the wedding weekend. The houses are stunning.

Merriscourt were absolutely incredible from the moment we booked our wedding date with them until the very end (including 2 postponed covid dates). They couldn’t have done more for us and the communication during the lead up was great. Over the 2 days that we stayed there, Lexi and Milly were on hand with whatever we needed, they really are the dream team.
We loved the exclusivity you get with Merriscourt, knowing that we could stay at the venue the night before and not be rushed off site the next day just made things that little bit less stressful for us in terms of being able to set up and then pack away. It was so nice being able to stay at the venue with our close family and friends and enjoy a delicious brunch together before everyone headed off. The accommodation was just perfect, giving everyone their own space and also made things a lot easier with children.
The food on the wedding day and breakfast the next day was absolutely incredible, so many people told me they were the best canapés they had ever had at a wedding.
The setting is glorious with so many lovely spots to have group photos and just for the two of you. Come rain or shine, photos would look amazing whatever the weather at this venue. We loved how rustic this venue was and the decor is so lovely that we found we didn’t need to add much to it at all. With large mirrors and paintings, flower arrangements and gorgeous candle lanterns, we only had to add a few personal touches to it which really helped with those last minute costs.
This really was our dream venue and we hope to visit again in the future.

Merriscourt were very accommodating with offering us a bespoke package to suit our needs. The venue itself and the views were absolutely stunning. The staff were all so helpful (extra shout-out to Isabella who helped during set-up, and to Lexi who ran the evening) and the food was delicious - so many guests came to tell us how impressed they were with the meal.
Overall, it was a perfect way to complete celebrating our marriage and being reunited with our family and friends.
