Venue hire (2 hours) – ceremony only
You will be able to conduct your ceremony in style with exclusive use of one of our two licensed premises for the wedding of your dreams.
Arrive with panache through our magnificent ‘lantern’ wrought iron gates, sweep up the drive and enjoy the beauty of Little Easton Manor. Your guests will mingle on our historically named Plebs Lawn before taking their seats at your chosen ceremony suite - the choice is yours…

Once you’ve both said, “I do” and the registrar’s official duties are concluded, you and your guests will be able to stretch their legs on the terraces (or indoors if raining) sipping your chosen tipple and sampling tasty canapes whilst your photographer captures your party in picture-perfect locations including the terrace, lake and formal gardens.

Stay for longer and enjoy your wedding day all in one place. For the complete Loving Every Moment experience from Little Easton Manor and to make your day truly memorable, you will enjoy all the benefits shown within our ceremony only package and will also be able to book the caterer of your choice whilst enjoying the use of our fully staffed bar. You will be able to add as many (or as few) details as you wish to make your day amazing, choosing suppliers of your choice, putting you firmly in charge of your budget. We’d love you to fill our venue with beautiful people and gorgeous finishing touches and will help you every step of the way to achieve the look and feel of your dreams. Relaxed or formal, intimate or dramatic, we’re here to help.
We will, of course, be able to help you source your suppliers if you prefer as we have some excellent contacts.

Venue hire (1 hour) – photographs only after your ceremony at Little Easton Church
If you’ve chosen to marry in Little Easton Church and would like to use our grounds for photographs, we will be happy to help. An optional drinks package (with service on the terrace) will be available if you plan to take your guests back to your home after the ceremony for your after party.

HIRE THE MANOR HOUSE - The total package
For the ultimate celebration and Manor experience, why not book exclusive use of the whole estate? Become Lord and Lady of the Manor for the duration of your stay and enjoy the benefits of the main house and cottages too.
The Manor sits opposite the charming open courtyard which is enclosed by period outbuildings, the barns, the cottages and the house. Set amongst formal gardens and sweeping lawns down to the Great Pond, central island and fountain, the house itself dates mainly from the 17th century and is built of oak studding and brick with fine pargetting displaying many local patterns and designs.
The grade II listed Manor House is entered though a covered porch with a double sized front door opening onto a wide, quarry tiled entrance hall which leads all the way through to the rear garden. Perfect for parties, the accommodation on the ground floor stems from the hallway with doors to the sitting room, drawing room, dining room, study, cloakroom and butler’s passage.
Magnificent period features abound in all the reception rooms including large fireplace with wood burning stoves, lead mullioned windows and exposed beams. The large kitchen and breakfast room has direct access to the front garden and doors to the kitchen courtyard and cloakroom. A spiral stone staircase from the butler’s passage rises to the first floor and allows access to the ancient cellar with a music room, wine den and stores. Alternatively, these rooms may be accessed from the dining room via a short staircase which leads past a mural originally commissioned by Basil Dean, the Pearl & Dean impresario.
The main hall features an impressive oak staircase to the first-floor landing with quirky angles, alcoves, wood paneling and mullioned windows. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main part of the house and the master bedroom has stunning views overlooking the gardens and beyond. The fourth bedroom leads to a secondary landing at the top of the fine spiral stairs to two further bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Additional accommodation is also available in two semi-detached cottages, one with three double and 1 single bedrooms and the other with four double / twin bedrooms.

Hall of Fame
The bespoke theatre, originally built for a family’s personal amusement and entertainment, was converted from one of the oldest and finest tithe barns in the country, to an intimate performance venue with the addition of gas lighting and a stage by Lady Warwick in 1913. Playing host to many theatrical performances and events through the years in which the great and the good of the acting world flocked to perform, the Barn Theatre boasts visits from high society, headline acts and literary greats enjoying technicolour events.
Lady Warwick, a keen cyclist and notable beauty, was known as “my darling Daisy” by her admirers (including The Prince of Wales, later Edward VII, with whom she shared a nine-year affair), and was the inspiration for the popular music hall song “Daisy Bell, Bicycle Made for Two”.
In Edwardian times Ellen Terry frequently took to the stage with her poetry readings and acting scenes from Romeo and Juliet with Lady Warwick, while during World War I, H G Wells (who lived on the estate) and his son Gip starred in Midsummer Night’s Dream. Between the wars, the Teachers’ Annual Summer School was held in The Barn Theatre with a variety of visiting lecturers including George Bernard Shaw.
Headline acts include Hermione Baddeley, Gracie Fields, Charlie Chaplin and George Formby and more recently stars including Rowan Atkinson, Tim Rice, Bill Cotton and Esther Rantzen have graced the stage and has also hosted the educational “Plowden Conference” with both Lady Plowden and Margaret Thatcher delighted by the venue. I
Little Easton Manor and its glorious grounds have also featured in many films and TV productions including an Edgar Wallace thriller and ‘Midshipman Easy’, The Fear, Lovejoy and EastEnders.

We’ll help you every step of the way so you will be Loving Every Moment...
