Kingston Country Courtyard is proud to be a truly inclusive wedding venue. We are honored to work in a place where we see real and beautiful love in all its forms every single day and we warmly welcome all couples to celebrate their union in marriage here with us in beautiful Dorset.
We hold a civil license which permits you to marry anywhere on the premises whether you fancy a rustic ceremony in the barn, a wonder into nature in our forest, cottage garden ceremony, or a picturesque courtyard ceremony. Our venue holds a maximum 130 guests in the daytime, increasing to 175 guests for your evening reception.
We are proud to house an incredibly talented culinary team here onsite who source the best local produce to deliver exceptional food for your guests to enjoy throughout the day. We offer a wide range of menus from formal three course wedding breakfasts through to something a little more relaxed such as a Host a Roast, BBQ or Hog Roast.
Our stunning 16th Century Purbeck stone barn is nestled in the heart of the Purbecks and boasts panoramic views of Corfe Castle through to the Isle of Wight. The venue hire of the barn and grounds, also includes a dedicated team of hospitality professionals, along with a host of practical equipment you need for the big day. We are able to offer round tables, limewash Chiavari chairs, tablecloths (colour of choice), all crockery, cutlery and glassware.
We have a dedicated team of wedding coordinators who will work with you every step of the way to plan your dream wedding. Our wide network of exceptional professionals in the wedding industry will be invaluable to you and we look forward to introducing you to those we feel will help add to your creative plans for your day.

Perfect venue

With our venue 2 and a half hours drive from our home, and organising a wedding with a 5 month old baby, our event coordinators Julie and Roxanne at KCC have been incredible, on hand to answer all of our (sometimes stupid and pennikity) questions! From always making us feel welcome when we come and visit, to providing us with recommended suppliers, they have been an absolute dream. Trust has been central to our wedding planning and we can not wait to celebrate our love and little family at KCC!

Best wedding ever 12.08.2023

The 12th August 2023 really was the best day of out lives. From the moment we viewed the venue with Julie, we had our heart set. Julie and Roxanne were always on the end of the phone or email for me whenever I had any questions or sending over many updates! We hired the whole venue and rooms for our guests. We've heard nothing but praise, every room was clean, tidy, beautiful and some with gorgeous views. When the day arrived we had the hand of Claire helping the day run incredibly smoothly.

The best weekend ever!!!

We had our wedding at Kingston Country Courtyard and it was sensational. We stayed there from the Friday until the Monday. Most of our guests checked out on Sunday. We were able to have exclusive use of the venue. The team were super helpful and really accomodating to all of our hopes and dreams from the wedding. They were really chilled about decoration and allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams! On the day Claudine was amazing, super helpful and supportive throughout the whole day! We literally couldn't have asked for anything more! Best venue ever!!!

The most relaxed wedding experience

We absolutely loved our wedding venue for our wedding in August. So many of our guests have commented on how beautiful the setting was but also how amazing all of the staff were. The food was delicious and the drink ordering system was super impressive. There is no other view quite like this one- Castle to one side, sea the other. My absolute favourite part of the venue was being able to have so many of our guests staying at the venue with us- it made the whole weekend an event.

Wow What a day! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was perfect, the staff we super friendly and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue is and gobsmacked at the beautiful rooms! It was just stunning, thank you for starting our married life off in the best possible way xx

A fantastic weekend. We couldn't have asked for more

From the moment we viewed KCC we knew it was to be our venue. The location is beautiful and exactly what we wanted in terms of size, style and the VIEW! Every single one of the staff were amazing and attentive without being in your face. Special praise to Danielle and Claudine who were fantastic all weekend. The food, the drinks, the rooms, all great and I really couldn't fault our special weekend.
