A beautiful historic 16th Century barn with stunning grounds and truly magnificent views over looking Corfe Castle all the way to the Isle of wight
Our stunning 16th Century Purbeck stone barn is nestled in the heart of the Purbecks and boasts panoramic views of Corfe Castle through to the Isle of Wight. The venue hire includes full use of the barn and grounds, a dedicated team of hospitality professionals, a wedding planning team, round tables & curved top table, limewash Chiavari chairs, tablecloths (colour of choice), all crockery, cutlery, glassware & cake cutting equipment.
We hold a civil license which permits you to marry anywhere on the premises whether you fancy a rustic ceremony in the barn, a wonder into nature in our forest, cottage garden ceremony, or a picturesque courtyard ceremony we have them all. Our venue holds a maximum 130 guests in the daytime, increasing to 175 guests for your evening reception.
We are proud to house an incredibly talented culinary team here onsite who source the best local produce to deliver exceptional food for your guests to enjoy throughout the day. We offer a wide range of menu options from formal three course wedding breakfasts through to something a little more relaxed such as a Host a Roast, BBQ or Hog Roast.
We have a dedicated team of wedding coordinators who will work with you every step of the way to plan your dream wedding. Our wide network of exceptional professionals in the wedding industry will be invaluable to you and we look forward to introducing you to those we feel will help add to your creative plans for your day.

From our first visit, we knew this was where we had to get married. The grounds are stunning, and the main venue is beautiful, with so much space and opportunity to dress it as you wish. Plus having so much accommodation on site meant we could have our family stay together for 3 nights and make the wedding last even longer!
Durning the whole run up to the wedding and on the day, my husband and I (and our guests) were blown away by how helpful, professional and friendly the whole team were. They went above and beyond with helping us to create our dream day and we honestly can not thank them enough.

The venue is beautiful and with options where to get married and on-site accomm it’s such a great venue choice. The real star of the show though is the team - nothing was too much for them, they thought of every detail and couldn’t do enough for us - from going out to buy my bridesmaid a toothbrush when she’d forgotten hers, to setting our ceremony chairs up in the rain and seamlessly coping with various COVID cancellations they really put a shine on the day. Roxanne, Julie, Tony and Danielle are just brilliant!
The venue was so beautiful, the staff were amazing, the management was streamlined, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was so much more than we had envisaged. Wow What a day! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was perfect, the staff we super friendly and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. We absolutely loved our wedding venue for our wedding in August. So many of our guests have commented on how beautiful the setting was but also how amazing all of the staff were. The food was delicious and the drink ordering system was super impressive. There is no other view quite like this one- Castle to one side, sea the other. My absolute favourite part of the venue was being able to have so many of our guests staying at the venue with us- it made the whole weekend an event.
