Again, Matt and I would like to thank you for all your hard work and attention to what we wanted. We had the perfect wedding at the perfect venue and so appreciate all the wonderful attention by all the staff.

Dave and I had the most magical day from start to finish, we have had so many comments about how lovely the food was and what a lovely atmosphere there was and how friendly and helpful all the staff were so a big well done and thank you to you all.

We finally got our wedding day after 15 months of postponements and it was most certainly worth the wait!

What can I say about the day? I think the only way to sum it up would be that the staff at Salford hall went above and beyond in every single way imaginable.

Planning a wedding is always stressful let alone planning a wedding in a pandemic however the staff at Salford Hall have been amazing! They were regularly in touch via email/ phone calls and were happy for us to come into the hotel and meet with all of the different members of staff that would be involved on our day. Elise the events coordinator always replied to our emails so quick and I have lost track of how many emails I sent as an anxious bride to be but Elisa always offered me reassurance that they would get it sorted - which they did.

A special mention has to be made about Brij, the restaurant manager. The food was insane, all of the guests kept complimenting the food and there was so much of it! Not only was the food good but the service that Brij offered on the day and the day after was phenomenal. Even to the making sure that the morning after the wedding we were all seated together - it's these little touches that really go the extra mile! And our guests are still talking about how good the food was - not one person left the wedding hungry that's for sure!

Another special mention has to be made to Douglas - the general manager. Douglas really did ensure that our day went without any sort of a glitch, he was always so friendly not only towards us but our guests and happy to help.

Another member of staff that really stood out for us and really went the extra mile was Pippa (receptionist). Upon arrival Pippa was so lovely and really did make sure that anything I needed I had on the day. It's also really clear that Pippa really cared about our day as that came across in the service that she offered.

For anyone that is thinking about having a wedding at Salford Hall all I can say is that you won't be disappointed. Not only is it the most stunning venue (with so many different places you can get photos - inside and outside) but the staff are incredible, the food insane and they will make sure that your day is a day that you will never forget.

I know that me and my Husband will certainly be revising this hotel, so thank you again

Me and my Husband had our wedding reception at Salford hall and it went brilliantly, all staff were friendly and wanting to help. 10/10 would recommend having your wedding reception here as you won’t be disappointed! absolutely gorgeous hotel

One word ‘WOW’

We started going to Salford Hall about 9 years ago. We quickly decided that it would be a perfect location for us to get married. We booked the it in 2017 for a 2020 wedding. Because of Covid this had to be postponed for a year, all we can say is it was worth the wait.

Since being under new ownership the property has undergone an extensive refurbishment which is ongoing, which surprises us as we didn’t think you could improve on perfection. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout.

All of the staff were polite and friendly from the top management to housekeeping.

It says a lot when you have the hotel manager, Douglas, assistant manager Javier and general manger of Europe Scott, all helping out with serving the wedding breakfast or helping in the kitchen.

All of the waiting staff were very attentive and nothing was too much for them, especially Susannah and Andy.

The receptionists, Ella, Pippa and Lucy as well a the wedding co-ordinator Elise, were all friendly and always had a smile on their faces which was commented on by many of our guests. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond what was expected.

Elise worked tirelessly and liaised perfectly with all of our suppliers. She oversaw the serving of the wedding breakfast in a totally professional way, ensuring the food came out to each separate table together and those with dietary requirements received the correct food. We are sure she must have a super-power. All of the food was excellent and compliments need to go to the chef and team.

The housekeeping staff were always active but stopped working to let you pass them. The towel sculpture, in the honeymoon suite, was a lovely touch, and although we never found out who made it, we consider them a treasure.

Overall, the setting and the staff made our wedding so special and we will treasure the memories forever. Thank you all at Karma Salford Hall for an unforgettable day.
