Service at Highley manor is great really looking forward to getting married here

We recently visited Highley Manor for a wedding tour, and we were so impressed that we went ahead and booked our date for next year. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel comfortable and at ease – nothing felt rushed or pressured, just a genuine welcome and excitement about our plans.

The tour itself was lovely, giving us a real feel for how the venue flows on the day, and it made it so easy to picture our wedding there. They offer really well-thought-out packages that take a lot of the stress out of planning, and everything was explained clearly. We really appreciated that they were upfront about costs and any potential extra costs (e.g. for breakfast and fizz in the getting ready room) right from the start – no hidden surprises, just transparency. Being two brides, they also made us feel very welcome and it is a very inclusive venue and staff which is lovely.

Overall, it was such a positive experience, and we left feeling both reassured and excited. We can’t wait to celebrate our big day at Highley Manor!

We can’t wait to get married at Highley Manor. We still have 70 days to go but up to now, the team have been impeccable in aiding our planning process and are so accommodating, it’s taken so much stress out of the whole thing!

We fell in love with highly manor the moment we saw it! The staff were great showing us around and giving all the information needed! Since we have booked we have had loads of communication which has been great!

The most beautiful venue and location. Can’t wait to get married here in June 2025. The staff are so lovely and helpful, Jessi has answered all my questions and been fantastic in helping us along the way.

Firstly to get in was a flimsy ramp but, when in it was really beautiful. After the wedding it was all inside having a drink while photos are being taken. After the meal I needed the loo this to me was all wrong the door open inwards ( wrong ) the door should open outwards it was so difficult to shut the door and too get out. Also going into the room where the blessing was taking place there was a ramp between the rooms these shouldn’t have been so short should have been more of a gradient. Lastly you say you cater for disability wrong it took four people to help me upstairs as you have no lift which you can put at the back of the building so it doesn’t upset the look of the manor. The staff in all other aspects were very helpful and very professional. But you should change that you cater for the disabled, you dont

Our venue is the most stunning place we saw. As soon as we arrived we knew that would going to be the wedding venue for us. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We are incredibly lucky to have found it.
