Glenmore House, built in 1840, is a fine example of late-Georgian architecture. A building steeped in history, situated in the heart of leafy Surbiton, Surrey, Glenmore House is the ideal location for a wedding celebration. As well as the stunning facilities and unique venue, we have been consistently meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers with our truly excellent standards of food and service since 1920.

We fully appreciate that a wedding day is probably the most exciting event of a person’s life and one that requires very special planning and organisation. At Glenmore House, our team here will strive to ensure that everything goes smoothly from your first enquiry right through to the departure of the last guest!
Every wedding is unique, and we have mastered the art of providing a bespoke service to all of our very satisfied clients.

Reception Hire -
Our ethos here is to provide outstanding value for exceptionally affordable prices for all of our guests; offering sensible pricing for hire, food, and beverages at an uncompromised standard. With this ethos in mind, we are pleased to announce that, providing you have a minimum number of 65 adult guests for a full 3-course, sit down meal, Glenmore House charges just £450 room hire of our Elizabethan Suite which is inclusive of a beautiful, traditional ball room (capacity 140 for dining and 220 for evening reception) and stunning modern bar area just next door to the main room, both of which are completely exclusive to you and your guests.

Glenmore House is also licensed to host civil ceremonies on-site, typically taking place in our beautiful Tudor Rooms, adorned with ornate stained-glass windows, which can be hired at a fee of just £200.

The venue includes free parking for all guests, with a large car park accommodating up to 110 cars.

Whilst many similar venues offer packages, Glenmore House offers outstanding value for money across the board with regards to the enviable, fantastic quality of our fresh food, service, and stunning facilities. We still do believe that creating a bespoke wedding for each couple is the most cost-effective way of getting everything you could wish for on your wedding day with an exceptionally affordable and transparent pricing structure.
Putting together a bespoke wedding essentially means that, here, the overall costings per head are completely controlled by you. At Glenmore House prices are always transparent and we will try at all times to help you keep to, or below, budget and are able to suggest the best options for you based on your ideas that will help you keep the costs within your spending range.

One of the great features of Glenmore House is our pricing for beverages, with our bar and wine prices beating most local pub pricing. This means that your guests will be able to enjoy a great evening without going home with an empty wallet!

Catering

Your choice of wedding breakfast is prepared in-house by our brigade of award-winning chefs, who can boast culinary experience in some of the UK’s finest establishments including the Fat Duck in Bray. Our delicious food is created for you using the highest quality, fresh ingredients. They work with us to provide a range of outstanding menu options all prepared and cooked in-house. These menus can be mixed and matched to result in your dream wedding menu for your big day!
