We have a wide choice of locations for your exclusive wedding and reception, be it large or small, civil or religious, Asian or humanist inside the castle, inside the pavilion or outside in one of Scotland’s great gardens.

Situated in its own wooded valley, we are ready to host your wedding. 1 hour from Edinburgh & Glasgow and 80 minutes from Aberdeen. We also have accommodation situated on site sleeping up to 70 people in easy walking distance.

We are a traditional country estate set up for weddings large and small, both in our pavilion and in the castle Accommodation for 70 people in self catering cottages in easy walking distance, or live like lairds and stay in the castle’s bridal suite. The castle and pavilion are in the middle of one of Scotland’s great gardens, with great views over the Tay estuary and the hills of Fife beyond. Your choice of the many places on the estate to have the ceremony, either in the small private chapel, or on the great lawns, or amid the historic Yew Avenue, or in the pavilion (with extension) seating 300! You choose on the morning of your ceremony. Modest prices, different between winter and summer, and between Mondays and Saturdays. These prices include laying up of tables, all cutlery, napery, and everything you might need, including a Victorian letter box. Your choice of caterer, ranging in price from the cheap and cheerful at £12/head, or to caterers used by the great of Scotland (and the Scottish gov’t!) at £100/head, and everything in between.
