Event Northumbria is a wedding venue set in the heart of Newcastle and located only 200 yards from Newcastle Civic Centre, making us perfect for those who choose a registry office ceremony.

We are a unique and affordable city centre venue, with a variety of venues in which to celebrate your special day. We offer packages to suit any size or style of wedding, as well as meeting a variety of budgets.

We recognise that each wedding is unique and our aim is to provide a personalised service to deliver a bespoke food and drink menu around your needs.

Event Northumbria offers a choice of versatile venues which provide a unique style and ambience.

Domain is our largest venue and can accommodate up to 400 guests seated. It is our most versatile space and can be transformed to suit the most creative décor ideas.

If you’re looking for an informal daytime celebration or an evening wedding reception, Habita is perfect for either. This contemporary and stylish space also comes complete with a spacious outdoor sun terrace. Accommodates 250 seated or 400 for a standing reception.
Our third venue, Reds can host up to 400 guests and is ideal if you’re looking for an evening reception. With booth seating, bar and dancefloor space – it’s the perfect party-ready venue.

Food and Drink
Whether you’re looking for a three-course wedding breakfast, BBQ or a hot and cold buffet, Event Northumbria can deliver. We have a professional and experienced team on site who provide a wide variety of menu choices. We also work with external caterers should you wish to provide your guests with a something a little bit different.
