If you are looking for ‘spectacular’ The Sansovino Hall is Bristol’s most impressive Wedding room, formally the great Lloyd banking hall, complete with remarkable historical detail, rising two stories with pillars and intricate masonry and finished with a magnificent sky light which covers the ceiling of the room which seats 50 to 312 guests. The Gold Bar is ‘the’ place for urban wedding drinks receptions, featuring stylish banquet seating, elegant chandeliers and an opulent décor where you can relax and catch up with family and friends during your celebrations. More intimate Weddings for up to 60 guests are held in the impressive Vaults room, with marble, iridescent wallpaper feature and features with the original bank doors.

In addition to the boutique and luxurious bedrooms for your guests, with White Company products, Gin and Sherry in all rooms, the hotel has a fantastic urban spa in the original Vaults of the hotel for the wedding couple to relax and have treatments before or after the Big Day.

An urban Wedding gem, the Harbour Hotel offers stunning photographic opportunities both inside the hotel, on sweeping stone staircases or outside on the cobbled and beautiful passageways of St Nicolas’s or Castle Park across the road.

At Bristol Harbour Hotel we are seeing a revival of vintage style lace both in dresses and table décor. Polaroid cameras for guest books are a great flashback and fun for the guests to capture the moment. Our Pimp Your Prosecco drinks receptions go down a storm with our guests with fruits, edible sparkles and making each guest become a great mixologist to create their own Prosecco flavour. The sharing platters and relaxing dining options are really popular and recently we have produced specially designed menus for picnic baskets to go on each table with grass areas, trees and flowers brought in, to bring the outdoors in, for a children’s area adding a fun aspect to the day. Irregular shoes are loved by our brides, dressed with quirky patterns and bows, which are as individual as the venue and the brides getting married here.
