Our services vary from couple to couple, because no two people are the same. We can join you from the very beginning, or part way through the process and can focus on the creative, the logistical or a combination. We also offer final stage support with ‘on the day’ co-ordination. Being a duo plays a huge part in our dynamic. On the Day Wedding Co-ordination
What a wonderful experience to plan your own wedding. It will, no doubt, be a beautiful personalised day and one you will cherish forever. Our ’on the day’ co-ordination service, or wedding management service as it is also known, can ensure all the hard work you have put in is delivered with ease, leaving you safe in the knowledge the finer details are taken care of by a professional wedding planner, and free to enjoy an unforgettable day.

What to expect from our on the day wedding co-ordination service:

We begin 6 weeks before the wedding, so you can start to hand over all the details

The ‘on the day’ wedding co-ordination package
starts at £1,500 and includes the following:
• Planning meeting six weeks prior to the wedding day to begin wedding management. We’ll discuss all your plans and offer advice and support throughout the final weeks
• Devising and co-ordinating a schedule for the wedding, including set-up days and take down
• Reviewing and refining your ‘plan B’ and wet weather contingencies
• Email support from six weeks prior as you start to hand over the plans to us
• Final planning meeting and hand over two weeks prior to the wedding day
• Liaising with all suppliers in the final run up to and on the day
• Management of set-up for the wedding. Including overseeing décor, receiving hire ware deliveries, co-ordinating supplier arrival and set-up, managing the schedule throughout and finalising plans. Adding and checking all finer details
• Management of wedding day, including final morning set-up, ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception, departing after your first dance (10 hours)
• On the day problem solving, guest liaison and keeping everyone on track
• Management of take down, including overseeing and checking hire ware collections, co-ordinating supplier take down and managing the schedule throughout
• Providing etiquette advice
• Travel expenses within 25 miles of Woodbridge, Suffolk


Some optional additions you might like to consider…
• Creation of a working file at the point of booking, to contain guide schedule (which we will refine at the six week point), budget planner and planning tools for you to use while planning
• Extending our hours on the wedding day - you might like us to stay until a firework display at 10pm, perhaps a presence for your 1am afterparty would be helpful, we’re happy to stay as late as you need!
• Site visits
