It was an absolute pleasure having Paul as our photographer for our wedding day. He worked like a trojan throughout the day!
He managed to ensure we had the perfect balance between having plenty of photos together and spending time with our guests. We’re absolutely delighted with the snaps he took.
More importantly, he’s a lovely bloke. I would not hesitate in recommending Paul.
The idea of a date night was a key part of the initial reason for you choosing you as our photographer. It’s not something we had thought about, but it creates an event after the big event. The video was perfect – an ideal amount of time and very well edited

My husband and I had a very small and intimate wedding of just ourselves and two witnesses. Paul captured the day with such precision and beauty, the locations Paul has taken us to in the Lake District were like nothing I have ever seen in wedding photos before, they literally could be straight out of a magazine.
As for Paul himself, his relaxed attitude mixed with his dry and witty sense of humour made our emotions show through in our photographs. Paul also made our ‘Date Night Premiere’ video with a perfect song to go with it and believe me, everyone who has watched it, there was not a dry eye between them.
Thank you so much Paul for capturing our perfect day.

We booked Paul after the family persuaded us that we should have a wedding photographer.
Everyone who knows me knows how I try to avoid photos, so we gave Paul the brief of getting just one good pic. Well, he did that and so much more. Bringing a dark lead for one of our dogs and herding us all like a top-class sheep farmer.
Everyone thought he was an old friend, not someone we’d met just twice online prior to our big day!!!
Alex, I, and our family loved his style, guiding where necessary and just watching us interact capturing our gorgeous dogs too.

We first met Paul over 2 years ago (2019) when I eagerly booked him in for our Wedding (2021). Throughout the past 2 years, he has kept in regular contact with me, answered and reassured me when I’ve been panicking.
When it came to our Wedding Day, Paul made us all feel at ease – not everyone was comfortable getting in front of the camera, but Paul managed to make us all laugh, let our guard down and feel confident.
He was patient with the kids, made the bridesmaids giggle and most importantly gave me and my husband time away to have alone time.
I cannot thank Paul enough for the gorgeous photos he has produced, but also how lovely, friendly, and down to earth he is.

We had Paul as our wedding photographer in October and he was fantastic. At first glance we were drawn to Paul’s photos as they had a relaxed look about them and didn’t seem ‘staged’ like others we had seen.
From our first meeting with Paul, we knew he was the photographer for us. He has such a warm and fun personality which put us and our guests at ease throughout the entire day, which showed massively in our photos. He has a brilliant character and had us laughing so much, nothing ever felt forced.
We wanted some photos taken at a spot by the lake that Paul had never actually been before, but by the looks of the photos, you’d think he’d shot there for years.
He captured each moment perfectly, and our guests are still mentioning him now when we talk about our day. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough; he is worth every penny!

I know everyone will say that their wedding photographer is the best…. but they would be liars!
Paul could not have done anything more to make me and Alex feel comfortable throughout our day, even personally taking us down to the Lake in his car. Some of the shots he created for us must of had some kind of magic in them because you wouldn’t have known he was there perfectly candid photos that really captured the feelings we shared all day. It’s not that often we actually take a photo we like, but there isn’t a photo from Paul’s collection that we can fault!
They say the Devil works fast but Paul definitely works faster. Having a slideshow of photos from the day so far during the evening reception was something not only we had never seen before but many of our guests commented on. We had a few amazing photos within 2 days and a sneak peek of 20+ photos within less than a week, date night and all of our photos in less than 2 weeks.

They say the Devil works fast but Paul definitely works faster. Having a slideshow of photos from the day so far during the evening reception was something not only we had never seen before but many of our guests commented on. We had a few amazing photos within 2 days and a sneak peek of 20+ photos within less than a week, date night and all of our photos in less than 2 weeks.

What can I say about Paul? He’s just amazing.
From the get-go, he puts you and all of your guests at ease with his relaxed and artistic style. He is such a professional and his eye captures the story you are trying to tell.
He has you laughing and at times I did think ‘you want me where’ but then I received our pictures, and I was blown away. He absolutely knows what he is doing but also does it in a way where sometimes you don’t even know he is there!
