I have admired Kim’s work for a long time and always told myself I would use her whenever I had a special event. I decided to use her for my wedding and she did not disappoint. From start to finish she was actively involved in the process by ensuring everything was in place for my big day. She captured every special moment including all the classic wedding shots. I was highly impressed by the quick turn around of her quality pictures after our event and the keepsake book she made was beautifully done. My love-affair with photography started way back in 1990 at my brother's wedding in Boston, USA. I fell in love with capturing spontaneous moments - winks, smiles and tears. That's when I knew I had a gift. Since then, my camera has travelled everywhere with me - that's over eighty countries - because I'm a bit of a travel-addict. That also means, as a wedding photographer, I'll go anywhere around the world - no destination is too far! My entrepreneurial spirit was unleashed in 2002 when I started a wedding & event planning business. Naturally, I grew an eye for a picture and now I enjoy photographing people in celebration mode...weddings, engagements and anniversary parties! Kim Rix Photography was born in 2010.
