You’ll love it from the minute you pull up by the fountain at the front of the house. From the outside, Peak Manor is typical of a listed Victorian country house; tall chimneys, red brick walls, big sash windows and mullioned bays, and a clock tower over the stone porch. Did you ever imagine staying somewhere that had its’ own clock tower!

Step inside and it’s astonishing! A wide hallway leads to a long corridor, which was often the design of country houses of this era. To the right is a shower room, the snug, the games room, the cinema room and the lounge. The snug has a lovely cosy feel, just the place to head for a nightcap and a natter before you head off to bed. The games room is reminiscent of a gentleman' drawing-room where they all retired after dinner, but actually, it’s a brilliant place for all as there’s a pool table, table football, a multi-casino and a cupboard full of family games. The cinema room has a 10ft screen so it’s a useful room for movie nights, an afternoon spent watching the latest big match, or for corporate presentations. Next door, the lounge is a commodious light and airy room with a polished Parquet floor and soft leather sofas to snuggle on.

Straight ahead in the hallway is the dining room, which has a rather grand and formal air to it – and room enough to seat all 34 guests for a very special celebration feast.
