We are a professional online wedding stationery boutique, selling customised & bespoke invitations & all the extras you will need for your big day.

Being a professional wedding stationery company gives us an extensive background knowledge in all things print and grants us access to all the machinery, papers and print styles you could wish for including ultimate quality control. It also means we know a thing or two about wedding invitations and love nothing more than working with couples to capture their wedding day. Everything is printed professionally onto the best quality cards and papers on the market and designed by our in-house graphic designer. Our emphasis is on quality and finish and all our print, design and finishing is produced lovingly in our studio in York, UK.

Our stationery is available as complete as collections so that your theme runs through the whole day. Order stationery samples before purchasing to see the fabulous quality. Call us if you would like to talk through your requirements. Friendly helpful advice with wording or design queries. Bespoke invitation service available for a unique design. All our invitations are professionally printed and designed and hand finished in our studio.

Make sure you give yourself enough time to get your wedding stationery designed, proofed & delivered. Depending on the invite it can take up to 4 weeks to produce. Start 7 months before your wedding!

Always proof twice, then get a friend or relative to proof again. Things can be easily missed. Always take your time, especially with your guests names!

●

Don't be afraid to ask us for anything out of the ordinary, it's amazing what can be achieved with paper and we are always happy to try something new. Always get in touch if you're not sure.

Prior to meeting Kate and Lucy at Hearts and Twine, my wedding invitation sorting was becoming such an arduous task. I was emailing and calling companies and was getting little or no response or they wanted to communicate only on email etc. I was literally at my wits end and it was getting pushed to the back of the ‘to do list’, which is pretty bad considering guests are required at a wedding!. Luckily, I was pointed in the direction of Hearts and Twine by our chosen venue. I had a conversation with Kate over the phone, she then invited me to visit a local wedding fayre they were attending. Kate and Lucy immediately put my mind at ease, helped us choose an invitation that suited our special wedding day and our requirements and all the way through the communication and advice has been fabulous and well appreciated. As busy business owners ourselves, I cant express how much we appreciated the friendly, efficient and very personal service Hearts and Twine provided us. Thank you so much xx

I have around 20 years knowledge and experience in the print industry - I know I do not look that old! But after finding a sector that really excites me (letterheads are so boring), I decided that I wanted to do something I love and enjoy every day – and lucky for me Hearts and Twine was born. Myself and Lucy have thrown ourselves purely into the wedding industry, dedicating our time to concentrate on each client and invest all of our knowledge so that you get the best product and experience. We have worked together for 15 years, can read each others minds and are the dream team – good news for you! I love nothing more than helping a new Bride or Groom to be find their perfect wedding stationery design and when you love what you do it’s reflected in your work. One thing I noticed from all the meetings with couples was that they all have different tastes and ideas. We decided that we wanted to offer that to a wider audience. We designed the website to incorporate all the different styles from plain mono to fancy and frilly! Most importantly I am here to help, ask me as many questions as you like, I love it!
