I will be having champagne in the morning whilst getting ready and champagne for the toast, and will drink wine but not too heavily, but if I do get drunk them I am sure it will be with h2b and not so drunk that we can't act with a bit of decorum, more merry I would say! Will be drinking tea out of my china though and some pink lemonade too, so not just alcohol. I definitely don't ever drink to the point of being paraletic anymore so not too worried about drinking on the day. xx

My first drink will be a glass of bubbly in the car after the church then one or two with the meal followed by coffee then start drinking a bit more in the evening.I really don't want to be steaming. When my sister got married she can't remember the last half of her reception because she was so drunk! Also at my Dads 90th birthday she was very very drunk, again no recollection of the end. Oh woops this sister is my maid of honour! Should I be worried lol? She has told my Mum we need more wine on the tables....

h2b will no doubt get drunk, as long as its not early lol. After all he probably wont pay for a single drink. As for me im drinking, just going to stay with the same few kind of drinks. I can hold my drink alot better than h2b (i dont drink alcopops)and i dont drink for months at a time, he does no less than 3 times a week with atleast 4+ pints a time, he plays darts alot.

I dont mind people getting drunk aslong as they dong cause trouble, get aggressive or depressing mood lol

I can't handle much booze, and neither can OH, he once got completely knackered on 5 pints of beer and left me feeling very fed up that night! lol

I think I'll have a glass of wine with my meal after the ceremony and then a drink or two at the reception, the rest of the time I'll stick to diet coke or water. Too much beer can give me hiccups which won't make for an attractive bride!

Can't wait until the day I become Mrs. Johnson :)

I don't drink really any way. About 1 glass/pint of something every few months. So I doubt I'll drink on the wedding day.

We'll be in Cuba with a 3 year old and a 9month old, so further reasons to not drink - I need to know Ill be capable of looking after them in a foreign country should anything happen.

Im glad my mum and her partner aren't coming because they drink far too much and are incredibly annoying drunks.

H2B will hopefully drink and hopefully everyone else will. Just because I dont like it, doesnt mean I don't like other people to be drinking.

We are both not big drinkers and I hardly ever drink due to being 24/7 responsible for my 3 year old. On our wedding day he will be looked after and even spend the night with his nan. So I will have a tipple and not be too concious of it. But I don't want to get drunk and feel shite the next day. Not worth it.

We're not getting married til 3pm so I'l probably have a glass of champers with my mum and bridesmaids in the house to calm the nerves, and then probably a glass to toast during the speeches, then vodka lemo during the night, as long as i dont look drunk on the professional photos I'm happy. H2B however gets drunk quite easily, and hes banned from touching a drop until we say 'I Do'!

I don't really drink very much, so will likely have one or two, but will not be getting drunk. H2B is a drinker, and comes from a big drinking family, he's said he'll not be drinking much on the day, but his relatives on the other hand... That'll likely be the biggest challenge of the day, stopping them pouring drinks down my throat and preventing the massive barney they're likely to have!
