I want something that can smooth out a few of my lumps and bumps but don't know wether to get a bra and shape knickers or if a body is better?
Worried that a strapless body won't support me well, but then also worried the knickers would leave a line going across my stomach and show through dress?

What did you find better for you?

Depends on type of dress, my dress is quite a touched, thick satin so I'm opting for shape knickers as the thing with a body suit under a dress Is making it even more difficult to go to loo. aswell as it won't show under my dress.

I would agree it depends on the dress. Also does it have a corset back? Could a tight fastening do the trick lol? Depends how well you move in a basque/body sort or how high control pants go that again it could be a struggle for toilet break? If any of that makes sense lol

Mine is satin with a corset back so might ok without a bra and just get some knickers to smooth out lower lumps and bumps where it becomes looser.
