They sed he lost it cause "he wasnt motivating the team"
In all fairness he was fired to be part of the sales team, NOT lead it!!!!
He was the only one hittin the daily and weekly targets and yet he is the 1 that got fired!!!
Absolute joke!!!!
So once again we have to spend all of our spare time lookin for jobs!!!!
Honestly every time we think we're okay something comes around a bits us in the butt!!!!!!!!!
I really dont know what we're going to do if he doesnt get a job by next week!!!!!!!

Its a final decision, he was still on his probation period so he aint got a leg to stand on! What i dont get is why he got a promotion 1 month ago if he was indeed doing so badly?

Awh hun thats rubbish news. Get your H2B signed up with as many temp agencies as poss. I did when I was made redundant and they found me loads of jobs varying form 6 week post to 3 week till I found a full time perm. Also gives him more experience he can pop onto his CV xx

Im keeping everything crossed like! We've applied for about 30 jobs for him since last night! So im sure something is bound to come up! Just its so annoyin cos his last job automatically gave him between xmas and new year off - so we're booked to go away Who knows if a new employer will let him have that time off! xx

Sorry to hear that hun. We feel the same at the moment, h2b might lose his job so we are doing all we can to try and find another one for him. It's a nightmare, esp when it's not their fault. God I hate life sometimes:( Best of luck with your search x

i, i`m so sorryto hear the new babe ......i so know how you feel 2',temp acengys are a good idea 3, any holiday booked before employment HAVE TO be up held by a new emplyer
can he sign on as as poss ...even if he is able to turn round and say he now has a job .....
Mr lala cant sign on at all as technicaly he is employed by his own company...if he dissolves the company so he can sign on he cant then take on any contract work

oh hun im sorry to hear that is not what you need right now. i was in the same situation i was basically employed to clear up someones mess and once i did that they didnt need me anymore and they came up with lame excuses to get rid of me
