Your venue should be able to tell you which registrar covers it - and they should have the number
If not you should be able to do an internet search - whats the venue?
Some registrars will allow you to hold a time - others like ours wont :(

There are so many people out there who will tell you
    what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

when you get in touch with the registrar, they will probably ask for a deposit to hold the date and time you want because its over a year away. We paid £20 to hold our date. You don't have to, but you can't officially book the day/time until 12 months before so if you choose not to pay you just have to hope that no-one else books the slot you want before you do! xx

our venue gave us the contact details so we knew we were contacting the right one. Make sure that if you can prov hold the date with a booking fee then do it. A friend of mine was told she couldnt until 12 months before and has now lost out on the registrar and had to re-arrange things

cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
