So now I've chosen my dress which I absolutely adore and does all the right things to give me nice tiny waist! I need to focus know my arms. I hate the top of my arms think they r really flabby and grim! I've got dumbbells at home and also wrist weights I use for running skip can anyone recommend the best thing to do for triceps? Not so fussed about biceps but it's more the back of my arms that need toning. All help appreciated xx

tricep dips where you have your back to a chair put both hands on the seat ant dip down also with your weights hold it above your head and dipo it down towards your back hope you know what i mean its beter to see some one do look up tube you for a demonstration.xxx
