I swear that I am going to throw the table plan out of the window and set fire to it, I had it all done and lo and behold H2b invites three more people from his family - doesnt matter that he hasnt seen them for 10 years lol His Auntie thinks they should be invited so they have been, tried to re-jig the table plan and whatever way I do it H2b isnt happy so ive now told him that I am not doing one, I couldnt give a f... about it and they can all sit where they like. ok rant over (god without you lot to let off steam to I think I would be in a strait jacket by now. x

Men always creating problems!!! Lol. If your h2b isn't happy with the ways you have done it you could always ask him to have a go at doing it after a try be might be more open minded with the suggestions you have already showen him!!! why don't you do escort cards instead Debs? you make a small card for each guest with the table number on it, but they can sit where they like on that particular table. You just put them on a table near the door and the guests pick them up on the way in ... by the way I'm a T.A in year 3 lol .... can't wait for the summer hols can you? x

I have finally with 16 days to go conquered the darned seating plan!!!!!!!! I suggest sticking together sheets of blank A4 paper, draw around the inside of a sellotape roll where the tables are going to be and buying in tiny postets to stick peoples names on so you can move them about. Its like a military attack map in my living room lol x

i have done mine but 2 of my guests have actually died so going to have to re think good idea about the table cards though my h2b said just get them to pic out a nube from a hat and they can sit wherever then so everyone gets to talk even with people they dont know
