Planning a wedding can be a lot of fun, but it can also be a bit chaotic and stressful! Let us help! We have a very friendly, open-minded approach to our weddings, so we are very happy to chat with you about anything to do with your big day.

Here is a breakdown of the details:

Style: Perhaps you want an elaborate and theatrical wedding with creative lighting and glitter cannons. Or maybe you’d prefer something smaller and more nuanced to echo the intimacy of the space. Whatever your style, we are here to implement your vision.

Staff: Our dedicated team of experienced creatives are on hand to help make your special day truly memorable. Our Special Events Co-ordinator and Production Manager will be available as you plan your wedding and on the day itself. Also there on the big day will be Ushers, Front of House staff, Bar staff, Technicians and Stage Management.

Capacity: The Theatre holds up to 150 people and all ages are welcome.

Accessibility: Despite the physical limitations of our Grade 1 Listing, we strive to make the Theatre accessible to everyone. There is easy physical access to almost all of the building. For more details about sensory access talk to our Special Events Coordinator and Production Manager. Our Access Policy also covers financial, cultural, intellectual and attitudinal accessibility, and we are always open for friendly conversations so please talk to us about any support you may need. We will always do our utmost to accommodate your needs, so please let us know if there is anything further we can do.

Pricing: We charge just £1000 for the use of our venue plus VAT. The price includes use of the stage for the wedding, auditorium (up to 150 guests) use of the dressing rooms and bars, staff and ushers. We can offer a variety of styles and can be flexible to suit your vision - from elaborate lighting and glitter cannons, to something smaller and more intimate. if you have something special in mind that we haven’t suggested, let us know and we will do our best to implement your vision. We can also offer a range of personalised features (P.O.A), including couples cocktails, ice creams, ticket-styled invitations, programmes, confetti cannons, champagne receptions etc. Think of something we’ve not listed? Just ask! There’s a high chance we’ll say yes!

Process: Once you have decided that our venue is right for you, we will book a provisional date which we will confirm once you have booked your registrar. We will then send out a questionnaire so we can begin to gauge what your day will look like. Don’t worry if you have no clue! We will have an initial planning meeting to give suggestions and guidance, and even then, we expect that things will change and that is absolutely fine. We will firm up the details closer to the time, on a schedule that suits you. We are happy to meet with you as little or as often as you would like. If you have a question or concern, big or small, please just ask.
