Just wondering how many of you have dieted and stayed slim after the big day or have you just let loose and ate what you wanted?

I lost 11lbs for my big day and gained 1.5lbs after honeymoon. Got my weigh in tomorrow night but had a cheese and wine party on Saturday and have eaten rubbish all week.

I really really wanna stay slim but as I have nothing to aim for in sight, Im worried Ill slip into old habits and become a fat wife!

you do have something to aim for.... yummy mummy haha! no in all seriousness, why not give yourself some time off, you just got married and honeymoon for petes sake!! and 1.5lb on after a holiday is amazing!! i managed 6lb in 7 days so!!! if you want to stay slim then thats what you aim for! you go tomorrow, you see what damage is and if your ok with that then fine, if not have yourself a good week! and for the record, cheese and wine party, you are allowed to live a little hun!!
Why not enjoy yourself (within moderation so as not to ruin the success you have had!!) until xmas and then in the new yr get back on it and take it from there? x

I must admit (looking shame faced) that I've put weight on since getting married - just over a stone in 15 months :-(

I'm now trying to follow my old ww plan ready for Christmas, so I can buy something good for going out.
